Apart from other welfare activities, His Holiness has developed free Alms Houses in various cities and rural areas of Pakistan. In these Alms Houses the members of Lasani Welfare Foundation (LWF) manage to provide free food to every one irrespective of cast, creed or religion.

Headed by His Holiness, the ever growing Alms Houses have been developed in many cities and that time is not far away when these activities will be carried out at street level in all the urban and rural areas of Pakistan inshallah.

Along with the permanent Alms Houses, thousands of Ziker-o-Naat congregations are held in which free lunger is divided to every participant. His Holiness looks after the arrangements of 24/7 Langer at the Dignified Threshold, 39/4 Ghulam Rasool Nagar Faisalabad, by himself very often. Special tea and drinks are also served at the Dignified Mansion for every one all the time.
